Marcus started Taylor Sterling Associates in order to alter the recruitment industry and lead the way of ethical best practice recruitment in the Middle East. 10 years ago he came to Dubai and to assist in the sourcing of candidates of the Terminal 3 project at Dubai airport, building the superstructure and subsequent fit-out works.

A steep learning curve from managing the recruitment for JP Morgan Chase Manhattan in Glasgow, Scotland he moved his attention toward the client side roles to develop his skill set and quickly made a mark as an effective recruiter for the majority of the international 1st tier cost and PM consultants operating in the region.

Lana joined the Taylor Sterling team to strengthen the Construction division of the business; specifically concentrating on Tier 1 & 2 contracting companies. Lana is our seasoned construction specialist, developing key relationships within the building & civil markets.

With over 9 years’ technical recruitment experience, she has managed key accounts and contingency placements across all salary levels. Following a highly successful six-year recruitment career in the UK, initially as a high volume temp recruiter, before moving into account management for the industrial market.

Erik joined Taylor Sterling in 2015 and brings with him his experience in recruiting for the Oil & Gas industry in the region, successfully placing candidates in Iraq, Qatar and the UAE.

As Resourcing Manager he is responsible for sourcing the best available candidates for our highly reputable, award winning clients.

Linda joins us from her 3 years’ experience in a construction consultancy in Australia. Her working knowledge of the industry including pre contract drawings, contract management of contractors and subcontractors to management of fit-out projects is proving invaluable in identifying the perfect match for the requirements assigned to Taylor Sterling. As a graduate Interior Designer and Sustainable Design combined with her personal and energetic approach is the ‘X factor’ in being an effective resource. Not to mention the strategic approach her Masters in Business Administration provides.

Christina has taken a career move from running her own bespoke diamond jewellery company in the UK. Her background of delivering a personal service at a very high level is a perfect match to the Taylor Sterling ethos.
Christina is our newest Resourcer and is also responsible for the marketing of Taylor Sterling’s services. Her ability to have picked up the construction industry has quickly and great work ethic has made wildcard become a superstar. In addition Christina is involved in the re-branding of the company and media publications.
Lillie Trent
Lillie TrentOperations Manager
the UK, bringing with her 10 years of experience in an array of different companies ranging from NHS to Satellite companies. Having been based predominately in the HR department, she is experienced in taking care of her fellow employees. Lillie has also recruited for a range of roles from nurses to mechanical engineers.
Lillie also is responsible for all on-boarding of our candidates and works closely with client HR teams to ensure every detail is covered for a smooth and controlled transition. Creating detailed live reports on all RPO tracking.
